Perfectly situated just steps from the ocean and Mission Bay, this inviting retreat puts miles of boardwalk for walking, biking, or scooting right at your front door. Mission Beach is an excellent location for ocean sports, family-friendly activities, and endless fun on the sandy shores of the beach or bay.

This unique home is spread across three levels. The lower level features a single bedroom with its own full bathroom. On the middle level, you will find an open kitchen, dining area, living room, half-bath, and a balcony. The upper level is dedicated to a huge loft master bedroom and a beautiful full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a small balcony. For sleeping arrangements, the home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 beds: a full-over-full bunk in one room and a California King in the second. Additionally, there is a huge, leather reclining coach with floor room for a provided queen air mattress, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Location & Neighborhood Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts," creating a cozy and homey feel with limited car traffic. Guests can enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for sunset strolls or riding bikes and skateboards. Wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants, as well as bars and amusement parks, are all within easy walking distance. Whether you want to surf the ocean waves or enjoy more casual water play in the bay, everything is just minutes away.

• Pets: Dog friendly; a $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Smoking: No smoking permitted at any property
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays) and 11pm-6am (weekends)
• Parking: Attached garage available (Note: height is lower than standard at 74" from floor to top of door; length is approx 16.5 feet)
• Long-term stays: For stays over 30 days, a formal lease and a deposit of one month's rent are required 60 days prior to arrival
