Each suite includes a King bed, a dedicated work desk, and a private balcony. The first primary suite offers a spa-style bathroom complete with a clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks, while the second suite features its own full bathroom. The heart of the main home is a bright, open kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, a gas range, and a large island with seating. For relaxation, the living room is furnished with leather sofas and a large Smart TV, supported by fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The separate Guest House is a versatile space featuring a downstairs game room with a pool table, a wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and a bed. This secondary dwelling also includes a mini kitchen with a fridge, stove, and coffee maker, along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find twin beds situated under bright skylights and an additional half bath.
