Designed for versatility and comfort, this vacation-ready home features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the primary bedroom, along with twin bunk beds and a Queen sofa bed to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is fully equipped for your convenience with:

• Full kitchen featuring a full refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and blender
• Coffee essentials including a Keurig/Coffee Maker and toaster
• Full washer and dryer in unit
• Smart Lock keypad entry
• High-speed internet and Cable TV with HDMI hookup
• Essential linens, bath towels, pillows, and extra blankets

Beyond your front door, you can enjoy the incredible resort lifestyle. The premises boast five unique outdoor pools and hot tubs, a kids splash pad, and a putting green. Stay active at the fitness center or on the pickleball court, or relax by the freshwater lake and enjoy the nightly water fountain light show. The ground floor is a hub of activity with various food and salon options, including The Wharf Seafood Buffet, Gunners Sports Bar & Grill, and the Candymaker Candy Store. For those needing beach gear, the Tipsy Turtle provides drinks and equipment, while beach lounge chair rentals are available on-site.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the primary guest must be 21 years of age or older and must remain on-site for the duration of the reservation. There is an additional fee of $75 plus tax due prior to check-in for armbands and parking passes, which covers up to 2 vehicles in the covered parking garage. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Front desk and daily housekeeping services are not provided. Regarding weather, refunds or rescheduling are only provided in the event of a mandatory evacuation; travel insurance is highly recommended for peace of mind during the hurricane season from May through October.
