Additional rules

• Guests must agree to follow rules and safety precautions in Rental Agreement, which must be digitally signed within 24 hours of booking.
• Booking guest must be 18 years of age and must use the designated outdoor space in pictures and or the neighborhood paved roads for exercise. Unfortunately no access to front yard or avocado grove due to the falling potential of the slope of the yard across the rest of the property.
• Booking guest ID may be required.
• No smoking (anything), no vaping, no unregistered guests, no parties, no noisy groups.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets may be allowed in some properties but must be approved in advance. A $50 fee will apply to most properties. If you dog barks when you leave it please take it with you.
• Please respect parking space. There is room for our cars and yours if you park in your designated spot. If you have more than one car they are to park directly behind your designated spot.
• A security hold of $250 may be required by management. Guest must complete a security authorization form within 24 hours of booking. Hold will be released after your damage-free stay.
• For safety and security of guests and property, exterior and entry areas are monitored by real-time, cloud-hosted video/audio surveillance. Any request to book indicates knowledge of and agreement to accept this.
• Violation of any house rule, violation of law, or nuisance to the community (including guests in excess of reserved number) may result in loss of deposit and/or immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.
• Violation of smoking restrictions, unauthorized animals, other excessive cleaning or maintenance issues will result in a $250 fee.
• Booking guest is responsible for the behavior of your group. Costs for damage, need for excessive cleaning/repair, or theft from homes or grounds will be deducted from guest security deposit; costs in excess of the security deposit will result in additional charges to guests.
• In your intro message to me, please give me some info about your group, what brings you to the area. Please include the code phrase "I’ve read the rules and ready for fun now" in your message so that I know you've read and agreed to our House Rules :-)
