The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 5 guests, featuring 2 comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of sun and surf, and 1 modern bathroom equipped with essential amenities. Located on the second floor as the last door on the right (Unit 5), the layout includes a welcoming kitchen and living room combined for a social atmosphere, as well as a private balcony for enjoying the fresh coastal air.

Inside, the space is tastefully decorated to exude coastal charm. The living area provides a relaxing spot to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors, whether you are preparing a homemade breakfast or a sunset dinner in the dining area.

Neighborhood & Location Situated in Wildwood, this property offers an ideal blend of convenience and serenity. Guests are just steps away from the beach, making it easy to transition from the comfort of your retreat to the excitement of the shoreline.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited
• No open flames or burning candles are permitted anywhere on the property
• Pets are not allowed
• Please note that this is a private home, not a hotel, and should be treated with respect

Parking & Logistics There is no on-site parking, but a 15-minute unloading zone is located directly next to the building. Metered street parking is available in front of the building from May 15th through October 31st (8:00 AM to 3:00 AM daily via the ParkMobile app). Weekly permits can be purchased at City Hall for $100 for the 2025 season.

Important Notes To maintain the space, a $10 fee applies to unwashed dishes and a $20 fee applies to each trash bag not properly disposed of. Due to limited storage, paper towels and washcloths are not supplied, though toilet paper, soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided for your comfort.
