- No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit/Designated Smoking area is at the backyard
- No Parties or Events Check-in time is 4pm - 2am (fees apply 11:30 am-4pm, and after 10pm)
- There will be a $150 lock out fee for any missing keys or garage remotes.
- No Extra/ Overnight Guests
- No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
- No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
- No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc
- No one under 18 years of age WITHOUT HOST PERMISSION
- No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors No loud noise or music past 10pm. 10am is LATEST Check out
- We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip”.
- We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken** -
- You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in. -“Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.”
- NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host.
- DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!! There are paper towels in the kitchen/ Make-up Remover in bathrooms **PLEASE NOTE: Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 min after 10 am. NOTE Only ONE Key Fob Provided for your stay. Please plan accordingly before booking. NOTE You are responsible for all of your guests knowing the information in this packet.
