Guests will find a fully stocked and functioning kitchen complete with a cooktop and a large refrigerator. The space is designed to embrace the coastal environment, utilizing awning windows specifically to catch the refreshing ocean breeze. Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key, the property is perfectly positioned for beach lovers. You are approximately 3/4 of a mile from the shore, about a mile walk to beach access 12, and just a 7-minute drive to the public beach area. While a car is convenient, guests can easily navigate the area using bike rentals available on the key or the Frog Hop shuttle to reach the beach and Siesta Key Village.

As part of a tiny house park, guests have access to a vibrant community center where you can hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the center, there is a large deck featuring ample seating, fire pits, a bar area, and outdoor showers.
