Location is everything here. You can completely ditch the car and walk to the most popular restaurants, bars, and attractions in the area. You are situated just three blocks—a mere 5-minute walk—from the sandy beach, the scenic boardwalk, and the iconic Crystal Pier. It is by far the best location in Pacific Beach for those who want everything within reach.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Absolutely no parties are allowed; please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Any parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts appropriately if smoking outside. Additionally, no confetti is permitted. Please be conscientious of makeup or staining beverages on the bedding, as extra fees may apply for ruined linens. Pets are not allowed. If you require a pack and play or bedding for the pullout couch, please request these before your check-in date so the team can have everything ready for your arrival.
