This space is defined by its stunning 20 ft., 100-year-old salvaged naval train station doors that flood the interior with the light and life of the city, creating an atmosphere that feels as if it has a story to tell.

This intimate loft is designed for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangement is a cozy lofted bedroom equipped with a Queen Tuft & Needle bed and premium Parachute linens. Please note that the lofted bedroom is exclusively accessed via a steep ladder.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the room is thoughtfully curated with specific details to enhance your stay:

• A welcome drink upon arrival
• Malin + Goetz home products
• Chemex coffee maker with local beans from Dark Horse Coffee Roasters
• Kitchenette and dedicated dining area
• Private, fenced-in patio located off of Beech Street

Located in the heart of Little Italy, the loft is in a premier, walkable, and bikeable neighborhood known as the city's hub for bars and restaurants, from fancy steak dinners to well-made tiki drinks. You are just a few blocks from the gorgeous San Diego bay front and within a short drive to the airport (5 mins), Balboa Park, Gaslamp, North Park, Hillcrest, and the beaches.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Available behind the building by request for $20/night
• Pets & Smoking: Strictly prohibited in rooms and on patios (though Pet Rocks are welcome). Breaking these rules results in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Guests: Up to 2 friends are welcome until 9 PM. Large groups, late nights, or photo/film shoots require prior approval and may incur a $500 location or event fee.
• Quirks: Due to the street-level location and large windows, light and noise are present at night; this room is not recommended for light-sleepers.
• Children/Infants: Not suitable for children or infants.
