This private retreat is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious master bedroom featuring a King bed and a secondary bedroom equipped with a queen bed. For those traveling with infants, a pack n play crib and high chair are available in the bedroom closet.

Experience an open-plan living room where you can sink into a down sofa and enjoy an abundance of light and clean lines. The space includes a large 10-foot desk, making it an ideal workspace. The expansive kitchen is well-equipped with a 36" range oven, full-size microwave, Nespresso machine, and an enormous fridge, all centered around a huge island with seating for four. A highlight of the home is the amazing large sliding door that opens the entire side of the house to a deck, creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor living space complete with an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals and a four-person hot tub overlooking the park.

Located in Bonita, California, the home is nestled in a quiet town south of downtown San Diego with a lovely rural feel. Guests can enjoy the wildlife preserve walking trail located directly in front of the house or admire the local equestrian community from the windows. The location is incredibly convenient, with downtown San Diego just a 12-minute drive away, and the airport, Coronado Beach, and Mexico all within 20 minutes. Seaworld, Aquatica, and the San Diego Zoo are also just 15-20 minutes away.

• Parking: One designated spot is provided on the concrete halfway up the steep driveway; guests must walk the final 100ft up the gravel path to the front door. Due to the steepness and lack of a turnaround, driving past the concrete area is prohibited.
• House Rules: This home is one of two private pods separated by a shared locked laundry room. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the other pod. Please note that the large front windows in the living room do not have curtains, though the sliding door to the deck does.
