This thoughtfully arranged space consists of 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed and 1 bathroom, providing a relaxing environment for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area is bright and open, featuring air conditioning and a spacious closet to keep your belongings organized. For your entertainment, the living area includes a high-resolution Smart TV. The private bathroom is fully functional, featuring tempered glass partitions and a large mirror, stocked with essential towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.

The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, featuring a coffee maker, oven, stove, blender, refrigerator, and sandwich maker, alongside all necessary pots, pans, and cutlery for your convenience.

While the apartment itself is a practical and pleasant space, the building's 18th-floor common areas elevate the experience. Guests have access to a panoramic rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, spa, and a bar. Please note that the pool, steam room, and sauna are available Wednesday to Monday (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM), while the spa requires a prior reservation. The gym is open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with keys available at the 24-hour reception.

Located in a prime area of Santa Marta, Magdalena, you are just 150 meters from the International Marina and 500 meters from Playa los Cocos. The historic center, Cathedral, and Parque de los Novios are all within a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is rich with a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and pharmacies, making it easy to explore the city without relying constantly on transportation.
