Experience modern luxury in the heart of San Diego at this centrally-located apartment, perfectly positioned within walking distance of Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, and Little Italy.

This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The space features a top-of-the-line full-size mattress for a great night's sleep, plus a twin-size trundle that pulls out from under the bed for extra sleeping space. A futon provides additional living or sleeping flexibility for your group.

The open-plan layout showcases chic boutique furniture and accessories hand-picked by a pronounced interior designer from sunny San Diego. Natural light fills the space beautifully, though faux wood blinds allow you to adjust lighting to your preference. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a full-size stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and complete dishware for up to four guests. You'll find pots, pans, general cooking utensils, and an electric kettle ready for use.

Your stay places you on the corner of Fir Street and Sixth Street, directly across from Balboa Park - one of San Diego's top destination attractions. Explore amazing museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens, discover local vendors and artists, or enjoy your morning run through the park. You'll find a CVS just a block away, with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The San Diego Zoo, San Diego International Airport, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, and San Diego Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric scooters are available around the building for easy transportation to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy, and Balboa Park museums.

While having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California, it's not necessary when staying at this apartment. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short ride away. Limited garage parking is available for $20 per day on a first-come, first-served basis - please let us know before arrival if you'd like parking. Free street parking is also available.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out options are available with advance notice for an additional fee. We welcome pets for $50 per pet, per day (service animals are exempt with proper certification). Please note there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, and we ask for no parties or loud music after 10:00 PM.

Complimentary chocolate and beverages await in the refrigerator. We respect our guests' space but remain available whenever needed to ensure you feel at home in our beautiful San Diego location.
