This spacious 3rd-floor condo features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom. The loft provides additional sleeping space with two double beds and its own dedicated full bathroom. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a large sofa bed, ensuring everyone in your party has a cozy place to rest.

Inside the home, you will find a full kitchen complete with an island for extra workspace and casual dining. The living area is centered around a warm gas fireplace, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. Step outside onto your private balcony to take in the peaceful views of the surrounding trees and distant mountains while sipping your morning coffee.

Guests have full access to the condo and the shared Timberline amenities. You can relax at the swimming pool and hot tub while admiring the stunning area views. The lodge provides free shuttle rides around the village, including a quick five-minute trip to the grocery store, and local shops and restaurants are just a short walk down the hill. For dining convenience, The Edge Restaurant and Bar is located on-site during the peak season.

Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the building has no elevators, though bell staff are available to assist with luggage and airport transfers from Aspen/Snowmass Airport. There is no A/C, but floor fans are provided to keep the space cool. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two locations on-site. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available across the road, which is free during the summer and requires a daily fee during the winter season (from Thanksgiving through Snowmass Mountain closing day). A credit card is required for incidental charges upon arrival via a secure pre-arrival registration link.
