The home features a thoughtfully designed layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate up to 6 guests: the master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separated sink and shower for added privacy, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into one larger bed. For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient sofa bed.

Inside, you will find 965 square feet of cozy living space characterized by soft carpeting and rustic wooden beam ceilings. The open-concept great room is the heart of the home, featuring a large plush couch, two easy chairs, and a gas fireplace set in a stone mantle. A wall of glass sliders opens onto a private patio, providing an extended living space to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The full kitchen is equipped with oak cabinets, full-sized stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with seating for four. For larger gatherings, the adjacent dining table comfortably accommodates six.

Guests can enjoy a variety of lodge features, including a swimming pool and hot tub with stunning area views, and the on-site Edge Restaurant and Bar during peak season. For your convenience, a front desk staff and bell staff are available to assist with luggage or airport transfers from Aspen/Snowmass Airport. Free shuttle rides are available throughout the village, including a quick 5-minute trip to the grocery store.

Location highlights include a short walk down the hill to local shops and restaurants, placing you in the heart of Snowmass Village.
