This modern, luxurious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with a top-of-the-line king size bed in the private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living space for additional sleeping. The open-plan layout features a bedroom divided by a wall for privacy, a living area with sofas, and a kitchen table for dining.

The apartment showcases chic boutique furniture and accessories hand-picked for each unit's needs, inspired by a pronounced interior designer from sunny San Diego. Astonishing natural light fills the space, with faux wood blinds available when you prefer shade. You'll love enjoying your outside space and the view this prime location has to offer.

The San Diego Zoo, San Diego International Airport, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, and San Diego Convention Center are all minutes away by car or a short ride-share trip.

While having a vehicle is ideal in California, it's not necessary when staying at this apartment. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short ride away. Electric scooters are available around the building for easy transportation to downtown San Diego, Little Italy, and Balboa Park museums.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with check-out at 10:00 AM. Late check-out options are available with advance notice: 11:00 AM for $30 or 12:00 PM for $50. Free street parking is available, with limited garage parking for $20 per day on a first-come, first-served basis - please let us know before arrival if you'd like garage parking.

This pet-friendly property welcomes your furry companions for $50 per pet, per day (service animals with certificates are exempt). Please note there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit, with a $250 deep-cleaning fee if violated. We ask for no parties and no loud music after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
