This thoughtfully designed space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout is an open plan, featuring a bedroom divided by a wall for added privacy, equipped with a top-of-the-line king size mattress for a great night's sleep. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa bed. The interior is adorned with chic boutique furniture and accessories hand-picked by a pronounced San Diego interior designer. You will find the natural light in the unit astonishing, with faux wood blinds available for those who prefer shade.

While the property maintains a minimalist amenity list, the home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen features a full-size stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, along with a set of pots, pans, general cooking utensils, an electric kettle, and dishware for four guests. Guests can also enjoy the dedicated living space and the unique outside space and views that FirSix provides.

Located at the corner of Fir St and Sixth St, you are perfectly positioned to explore. Balboa Park is right across the street, offering gorgeous gardens, museums, and local artists. You are within walking distance of Hillcrest, Little Italy, and Downtown San Diego. The San Diego International Airport is just a mile away. For those exploring further, the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or ride-share.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited garage parking is available on-site for $20.00 per day; please inquire about availability.
• Pets: Pet-friendly! A fee of $50 per pet, per day applies. Service animals are welcome with a certificate provided in advance to waive the fee.
• House Rules: No smoking inside the unit (violation results in a $250 deep-cleaning fee), no parties, and no loud music after 10:00 PM.
• Accessibility: Please note there is no elevator; guests must be comfortable using stairs.

Late check-outs may be requested (subject to limited availability): 11:00 AM for $30 or 12:00 PM for $50.
