The home is thoughtfully designed to maximize its clifftop position. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located downstairs and contains a bunk bed with an en-suite shower, making this specific room most suitable for children.

At the heart of the home is an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. This central space features an indoor fireplace and braai, allowing guests to enjoy the amazing ocean views regardless of the weather. The apartment is attached to Seacliff Cottage but maintains its own private entrance for guest convenience. Just a few steps down the rocks, guests have direct access to the beach, where children can explore rock pools or enjoy boogey boarding and surfing.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated in Arniston, Western Cape, the property is perched on a cliff providing an immediate connection to the seaside. The surrounding area is ideal for those seeking a quiet, rustic coastal experience with easy access to the shore.

This is a fully self-catering house. Bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, a braai grid, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels, firewood, firelighters, additional toilet paper, and all personal food and drink provisions. A single rechargeable light is provided for load shedding, though guests are encouraged to bring extra lighting.
