The private bedroom features a cozy queen bed, a barn door closing off the closet, and its own television for viewing enjoyment. For additional guests, the home provides a comfortable, plug-in inflatable full-size mattress. The bathroom offers a remodeled experience with multiple shower heads and can be accessed via both the bedroom and the main hallway.

Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities on the grounds, including a volleyball net, corn hole, and outdoor ping pong. The complex is also pet-friendly for visitors, offering a dedicated dog park and a dog wash station near the east pool.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the condo. A $300 security deposit hold is required for direct and VRBO bookings. The complex charges a parking/resort fee of $10 per night per vehicle (up to $70 per month), collected upon arrival. A renters agreement including a personal email and driver's license is required after booking to receive the coded entry instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 days before arrival: $100 fee, remainder refundable.
• 14-30 days before arrival: $100 fee, 50% of remainder refundable.
• 13 days or fewer before arrival: No refund.
