The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a top-of-the-line king size mattress for a great night's sleep, with privacy provided by a dividing wall. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa bed, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The home is bathed in astonishing natural light, which can be easily adjusted with faux wood blinds.

While the property does not have a general amenities list, the interior features a functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee machine, along with dishware for four. The living space also includes a kitchen table and comfortable sofas. Guests are invited to enjoy the outside space and the views that FirSix provides.

Located at the corner of Fir St and Sixth St, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. Balboa Park is directly across the street, offering stunning gardens, amazing museums, and local artists. You are within walking distance of Hillcrest, San Diego Downtown, and Little Italy. The San Diego International Airport is just 2.4 miles away, and other top attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and the Convention Center are only a short drive or ride share away.

• Pets: Pet-friendly! $50 per pet, per day (waived for certified service animals)
• Smoking: Not allowed inside (violation results in a $250 deep-cleaning fee)
• Other Rules: No parties, no loud music after 10:00 PM, and please note there is no elevator; guests must be comfortable using stairs.
