• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late check-out: Must be requested in advance; 11:00 AM for $30 or 12:00 PM for $50
• Parking: Limited garage parking is available for $20/day on a first-come, first-served basis
• Pets: Pet-friendly! A fee of $50 per pet, per day applies (waived for certified service animals)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit; violation results in a $250 deep-cleaning fee
• Other: No parties, no loud music after 10:00 PM, and please note there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs
