The home is designed for comfort with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout features four bedrooms situated next to each other and a fifth bedroom on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. Sleeping arrangements include four Cal King beds, one Queen bed, and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. Additional flexibility is provided by a working queen sofa sleeper in the family room and two folding beds located in a closet.

Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site features designed for enjoyment:

• A large pool (ranging from 3.5 ft to 6 ft deep) and a separate in-ground hot tub covered under the patio
• A dedicated game room (converted garage) equipped with a pool table and ping pong
• A backyard area with seating for 12 and four lounge chairs
• Paved roads for easy access via Ubers or personal vehicles

Located in the heart of wine country, the property is just 2 to 10 minutes away from 48 different wineries, including Leoness Cellars, Oak Mountain Winery, and Galway Downs. Its strategic location also puts you within approximately 90 minutes of San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Big Bear Mountain.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 6 cars on the driveway; no street parking or garage parking allowed
• AC Note: The lowest AC setting is 74 degrees
• Pool Heating: Available March 1st - Nov 1st; heating for the pool or hot tub is charged separately based on propane usage
• Pets: Allowed with a $250 fee (covers up to 2 pets under 50 lbs or 1 pet under 100 lbs). Please confirm for more than 2 pets
• Noise Policy: Strictly enforced Riverside County noise ordinances apply. No loud music or noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited
