This private two-story sanctuary is designed for easy island living. The first floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, complete with a comfortable seating area and a TV for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, and an air fryer, making it easy to prepare shared meals. Adding to the home's unique allure are beautiful antique furniture pieces, meticulously crafted by Skopelos woodcarpenters nearly a century ago. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

Sleeping arrangements are located upstairs for maximum privacy and comfort. The home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers two single beds that can be combined into a queen. Each bedroom is a private haven with its own en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private balcony where you can admire the sea, the surrounding mountains, and the distant silhouette of Alonissos island.

Outside, the property truly shines with a spacious yard and a refreshing private pool, providing the ideal setting for a holiday home. Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire house, garden, and parking space.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A car is essential for exploring the area; be aware that the final 200 meters of the approach road is a dirt road, which may affect taxi access or pricing. For safety, the use of barbeque facilities is strictly prohibited during June, July, and August due to Greek wildfire regulations.
