This professionally designed 3,117 sq. ft. residence is furnished with upscale furniture and highest quality mattresses. The ground floor offers a sophisticated living space with an open floor plan and a 65” Smart LED TV. The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Upstairs, the entertainment continues in a dedicated den and game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, and two gaming stations. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool and hot tub surrounded by a large lanai with plenty of shade and dining space.

Beyond the home, guests have full access to the extraordinary Windsor at Westside amenities. This includes a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a zero-entry resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a kids' water playground, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
