Inside, you will find an updated kitchen and modern bathrooms that ensure your stay is as stylish as it is comfortable.

While the property is located in a community known for its resort-style amenities—including three Olympic-sized heated swimming pools, three hot tub spas, a clubhouse, fitness center, and a billiards/game room—please be aware that these facilities are currently under repair. However, the peaceful beachfront setting and exclusive, direct access to a private quarter-mile stretch of sugar-white sands and sparkling waters remain fully available for your enjoyment.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Minimum Stay: Monthly rentals only (minimum 28-31 nights)
• High Season (Jan-Apr): Rentals must follow full calendar months
• Off-Season (May-Dec): 30-night minimum applies
• Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to reserve, and the primary booker must be present for the entire stay
• Fees: $150 application fee and a refundable security damage deposit are required
• Note: This is a self-catering property; a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided but will not be replenished during the stay.
