The sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, a thematic Mickey Mouse bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, and a third bedroom featuring a full-size bunk bed (full-over-full). The social area is designed for gathering, featuring a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area that seats 8 people.

Guests enjoy unlimited access to two luxury clubhouses without resort fees. The second clubhouse, located just steps away, features a pool, water slide, 19-hole mini golf, hammocks, tiki cabanas, and an event stage. The main Oasis Club, located 7 minutes away by car, provides a wealth of additional amenities including a gym, lazy river, water park, splash pad, kids craft play-zone, volleyball and basketball courts, tennis courts, a family cinema, an arcade games room, and a business center. Please note that the spa, golf, and restaurants incur additional fees, and outside food and drinks are not permitted in the clubhouse or pool areas.

Located in Champions Gate, the property is minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To access the resort, guests must provide a guest list for required QR codes. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required ($1,500 for stays of 25 days or more). House rules strictly prohibit smoking, pets, and unregistered guests. The primary booker must be at least 18 years old. This home is exclusively for vacation use; filming and warehouse use are prohibited.
