The residence is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of up to 6 people. Whether you are looking to relax and watch a movie or cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen, this space is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Experience the best of resort living with access to a wide array of onsite facilities. Guests can enjoy several swimming pools, including an indoor pool, kids pool, and outdoor pools. For those seeking wellness and activity, the resort offers a hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, and an indoor running track. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the four tennis courts, two of which are lined for pickleball. Other onsite conveniences include grills, a deli, and a general store called Beach Bear.

One of the most stunning features is the private 510-yard boardwalk that crosses the marsh and several creeks, leading you straight to the gorgeous beach. The boardwalk is stroller, wheelchair, and beach cart friendly, and a free golf cart shuttle is available seasonally to transport guests. At the end of the path, you'll find a sand volleyball court and Coco's Bar and Grill, the perfect spot to enjoy cold drinks and hot food while watching the ocean breeze roll in.

Located mid-island next to Palmetto Dunes, this gated community provides 24-hour security and is conveniently situated near several golf courses, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per stay. Covered parking is for cars only; trucks, SUVs, and vans are not permitted in covered spots due to ceiling height. Commercial vehicles, trailers, and RVs are prohibited.
• Pets: Not allowed per resort rules.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the villa; please use designated outdoor areas.
• Restrictions: Drones, skateboards, hover boards, and roller blades are prohibited on property. Bicycles are allowed on property but cannot be ridden on the boardwalk during busy season or brought into the villa.
