Sleeping Arrangements This property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, an attached bath with a shower and bathtub, and a twin-size sofa pullout. A second main-floor room serves as a den/bedroom with a twin-size sofa pullout and a TV with games, located across from a hallway bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs, you will find two nearly identical bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed and a twin bed, both featuring attached bathrooms with showers. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a queen pull-out couch.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) with a $75 cleaning fee; guests must notify the host of the breed and size prior to arrival, and dogs must be crate trained when unattended. A base rate covers 8 guests, with a fee of $25 per additional guest per night. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests, though two driveways are provided for parking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended during winter months due to unpredictable weather and road closures.
