Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This single-level, 936 sq ft cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The first bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the yard and back deck. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a window A/C unit for summer comfort. The home includes one full bathroom with a bathtub.

The village offers local shops, a brewery, a Friday farmer's market, and live music. For those craving the coast, well-known Southern California beaches are only an hour and a half away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with flexible options available for a small fee. This is a non-smoking property; smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a $200 fine. This is not a party cabin, and guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors on this quiet street.

Pet Policy: The cottage is pet-friendly for a maximum of 2 pets with a $50 cleaning fee (50% of which is donated to Beazy Farms Animal Sanctuary). Additional pets are $25 each. Dogs must be crate trained when left unattended, and owners must notify the host of the breed and size prior to arrival.

Other Notes: The home uses a septic system; please do not flush feminine products or wipes, and do not put grease down the sink. Recycling and composting are required. Parking is limited to 2 cars max; the garage is not available for guest use.
