This cozy cottage accommodates up to 4 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom (featuring access to the back deck) and two twin beds in the second bedroom with window A/C. The full bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub, and the well-equipped kitchen features an apartment-size refrigerator, gas range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers including both Keurig and drip options.

Key amenities include high-speed WiFi (845 Mbps), 50-inch HDTV with streaming services, dedicated workspace, and excellent family-friendly features. The cottage is fully stocked with children's books and toys for all ages, pack 'n play travel crib, high chair, and baby supplies. Outside, kids will love the private playground with playhouse, swing set with climbing wall, sandbox, and spacious fully-fenced backyard perfect for games like cornhole and plastic axe throwing.

The outdoor spaces truly shine with a large back deck ideal for stargazing and outdoor dining, plus a side deck featuring comfortable seating around the fire pit and BBQ grill. The huge fenced yard provides plenty of room for pets and children to play safely, and in winter, there's even a sled run when snow arrives.

Location couldn't be better - less than a block to village amenities including shops, brewery, library, skate park, and public playground. You're just 4 miles from Mountain High Resort and blocks from gorgeous hiking trails in Angeles National Forest. The village offers great dining, live music, and a Friday farmer's market. For the adventurous, you can ski and surf in the same day, as Southern California beaches are only 90 minutes away.

The cottage is pet-friendly (up to 2 pets with $50 fee, additional pets $25 each), with 50% of pet fees donated to local animal rescue Beazy Farms Animal Sanctuary. Dogs must be crate-trained when owners are away. Free parking accommodates 2 cars maximum.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with flexible timing available for a small fee. The property is strictly non-smoking anywhere on premises ($200 fine for violations). Guests should separate trash and recycling, and be mindful of the septic system. Mountain weather can vary, so check conditions before your stay and consider travel insurance, especially in winter months.
