The condominium is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring one bedroom with one bed and one bathroom, with a total guest capacity of four. The main suite is appointed with carpet flooring and an en suite bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area includes a queen sofa. The interior is complemented by a full kitchen equipped with nice countertops, a breakfast bar, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. For entertainment, the unit is equipped with two TVs and DVD players.

Located within the SunDestin Resort, you are perfectly positioned for exploration, remaining within a leisurely stroll or bike ride to local restaurants and attractions. While this property does not have private amenities listed, guests can enjoy the resort's overall atmosphere.

Important Property Notice: SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing an extensive modernization project that began in September 2024 and will continue into Spring 2026. Guests should expect construction noise and intermittent inconveniences between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Please be advised that the outdoor hot tub and splash pad are closed until early Summer 2025. Additionally, the grill and smoking areas have been relocated during this renovation. The indoor pool and gym remain available during regular operating hours.
