This multilevel residence is designed for comfort and connection. The layout includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the main level, you will find two bedrooms featuring King and Queen beds. The upper level provides two additional bedrooms with a Queen and twin beds. The heart of the home is a large open kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating, which adjoins a Great Room perfect for dining, playing games, or lounging by the fireplace.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Trip House experience. Guests can relax in the private hot tub or lounge on the beautiful deck overlooking the woods and the golf course. The home also features three decks in total, providing multiple vantage points of the stunning surroundings.

Located adjacent to the Ranch bike path, you are just a short ride from the 'Heart of the Ranch' at the Lakeside and Lodge area. The property is 1 mile from Roberts Pub, the Big Meadow Golf Course Club House, and various sports courts. For swimming, the 'quiet' Paulina pool is less than a mile away, while the Lodge pool and Glaze Meadow pool offer additional amenities within a short distance. Explore the outdoors with a 10-minute drive to Suttle Lake and Scout Lake, or enjoy winter tubing and skiing at Hoodo Ski Resort.

• Fees: A resort fee of 12% (increasing to 13.5% for 2026 bookings) is applied to the nightly rate. A separate snow removal fee may apply for winter stays.
• Rules: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please wash and dry pool towels prior to departure.
• Security: Cameras are located at the driveway and front door (golf course side).
