Please note that cancellation policy applies to pets as well, and a 4% merchant service processing fee applies to all cancellations and refunds except Marriott and Airbnb reservations.

The hot tub is professionally cleaned before each arrival with posted usage rules at the property. Pre- and post-stay pictures are taken, and if drainage, cleaning, and refilling is required after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed.
