This large loft is spread across two floors, making it just perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. The first floor features two open bedrooms, each equipped with a very comfortable queen bed, along with a beautiful bathroom featuring a large shower. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen size sofa bed provides a third sleeping space to accommodate your group.

The second floor is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a living and dining area with a TV and a huge rooftop terrace for taking in the surroundings. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge, a removable hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee provided. To ensure a seamless stay, all essentials such as soaps, shampoo, sheets, and towels are provided.

Situated at 404 Rue Saint-Anselme on the corner of Rue Saint-Joseph Est, the property puts you in a prime location to explore the city. Guests also have access to a laundry room located on the ground floor.
