Location & Neighborhood Situated in the premier residential development of Tamarán, the villa is nestled in a quiet and safe environment characterized by high-quality infrastructure and beautiful landscaping. The property is conveniently located between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Guests can easily explore the stunning coastline, with the vibrant town of Sayulita just 20 minutes away and downtown Puerto Vallarta approximately 45 minutes to the south.

Guest Access & Beach Club Guests enjoy access to the Tamaran Beach Club (operated by a third party). Free daily access is provided for up to 8 adults; children aged 3 or under enter free. Additional adults are welcome for $500 MXN per person per day, which includes a $250 MXN food and beverage credit. Beach access begins at 7:00 a.m., the kitchen is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and the club closes at 7:00 p.m. Available amenities include pools, lounge chairs, and sports courts for paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis, subject to availability. Please note that outside food, beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are strictly prohibited at the beach club.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. All reservations require a refundable security deposit of $5,000 MXN, held on the guest's card and released after checkout provided no damages occur. If you require an invoice, you must request it at the time of booking, as it cannot be issued later. The property is fully managed by the local team, Beach Please, to ensure a seamless stay.
