About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain getaway at Tree Farm Sanctuary, a stunning modern home located right on the Roaring Fork Valley floor in Basalt, Colorado. You have hit the vacation jackpot with a property that boasts a prime location without sacrificing a bit of the secluded sanctuary feeling. This home sits on 200 acres of a private conservation subdivision—formerly an actual tree farm—with only five other lots, none of which are visible from the home.

Designed to offer maximum luxury with a minimal footprint, the interior features an open floor plan highlighted by reclaimed barn wood floors and cedar ceilings. An entire wall of southern-facing windows floods the space with abundant natural light, making the home feel expansive. The residence includes two serene bedrooms with two beds and one premium bathroom, providing a restful retreat for up to four guests.

Outdoor living is elevated here, with an expansive deck providing an additional 1,000 square feet of space. Featuring a cantilevered roof and comfortable seating, it is the perfect spot for dining alfresco under the stars. Inside, you can get cozy in front of the woodstove while watching TV.

While the extensive landscaping creates a protected sanctuary, you are only one half-mile from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The home is conveniently located eight miles from Carbondale and approximately 20 miles from both Glenwood Springs and Aspen.
