It features 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a convertible sofa for one person. For additional guests, the living room incorporates a large foldable sofa that functions as a double bed for two, plus another convertible sofa for one person. The residence is completed by 1 well-appointed bathroom featuring a shower unit and WC.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM via a self-check-in lockbox; early check-in may be possible depending on availability. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and late check-out is not possible. Please note that guests must complete registration forms and pay a city tax of 50 CZK (approx. 2 EUR) per person, per night. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and we kindly ask guests to avoid making noise after 10:00 PM. Luggage storage is available at the office for a fee of 1 EUR per bag. Airport transfers can be arranged in advance for an extra charge. Parking is not provided on-site, though the MrParkIt service is recommended for nearby options.
