The layout is thoughtfully arranged for both fun and relaxation, with the master bedroom and its queen-sized bed located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, including a spacious room with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, an Avatar-themed room with two twin beds, and a Mickey and Minnie Mouse-themed room equipped with two bunk beds.

The main level boasts a spacious interior including a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary dishware, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a small dining area connected to your own private pool.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the gated Champions Gate Resort, Villa Icaro is just thirty minutes from Walt Disney World and conveniently close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Island H20 Water Park, and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. Golf enthusiasts will love being surrounded by championship eighteen-hole courses. Guests also have full access to the Oasis Club, which features a massive swimming area with a 1,000-foot lazy river, two-story waterslide, quiet pool with jacuzzi, children’s splash zone, fitness center, movie theater, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and a Games Room, as well as the Grill Room Restaurant and bar.

• Pets: Allowed with a non-refundable $180 fee
• Housekeeping: Professional cleaning is provided prior to arrival; daily service is not included, though mid-stay cleaning can be requested for a fee
• Supplies: Starter kits provided (1 soap, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 trash bag per bathroom; 1 detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag for kitchen). Washcloths are not provided
• Food Policy: No open food, condiments, or coffee are provided per Florida law
• Pool/Spa Heating: Available for an extra fee (min 7 consecutive days or full stay for shorter trips); requests must be made 48 hours prior to arrival
• Parking: Drivers must be registered in the resort system in advance; park only in designated areas to avoid towing
• Trash: Must be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster
