Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV for your entertainment. The rest of the group can utilize the shared hallway bathroom. The living space is designed for gathering, featuring an open living room with comfortable seating, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a private balcony for enjoying the Florida air.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in (after 12:00 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) is available for an $80 extra fee. Late check-outs after 12:00 PM will incur the full nightly rate.
• Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of $125 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per house).
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; violations are subject to a $500 fine.
• Minimum booking age: 21
• Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

As this is a self-catering home, a starter kit is provided (including toilet paper, hotel-size toiletries, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent), but guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. Due to Florida law, no open food storage, condiments, or pantry items are provided. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
