Positioned just 50 meters from the shoreline, this retreat boasts "forever changing" stunning views across the Derwent River, stretching toward Bruny Island, Tinderbox, and Mount Wellington.

Designed over two spacious levels, the home is configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The upper level features a large open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the amazing Tasmanian scenery. This space includes a wood heater to keep you warm during the cool Tassie winter, with double sliding door access to the front balcony and additional access to a rear deck, barbeque, and fully fenced garden. The well-designed kitchen is fully equipped with an island bench and dishwasher. The sleeping quarters on this level include a main bedroom with a king bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes, served by a main bathroom with a separate shower, bath, and toilet.

The lower level provides a second living area with sliding door access to the lower deck and direct beach access. This level houses a third bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes, and a fourth bedroom featuring two sets of bunks. A third bathroom and a laundry with a front-loading washing machine are also located here. Please note the bunk room is available only upon request, and a surcharge of $20 per bed applies if these beds are used.

Located approximately 40 minutes from Hobart and 30 minutes from the airport, the property offers unparalleled access to nature. The Blessington Walking Track is just steps from the lower deck, leading guests toward Fort Beach, Pot Beach, and the picturesque Spring Beach for swimming and shell collecting. Local conveniences including the South Arm General Store, pharmacy, café, and golf course are all within a short walk or drive.
