The apartment is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout features a separate bedroom with a double bed (consisting of two single beds that can be easily converted) for peace and privacy. For additional guests, the spacious and inviting living room includes a double sofa bed, a comfortable lounge area, and a dedicated dining area where you can relax after a day of exploring.

While the structured amenities are limited, the interior is thoughtfully appointed for a seamless stay. The home features a fully equipped kitchenette with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is well-equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. To ensure optimal comfort in all seasons, the entire apartment is fully air-conditioned.

Located in a prime position, you are just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Palais des Festivals, the Old Port, the famous beaches of the Croisette, and a variety of traditional local restaurants. This location allows you to immerse yourself in the charm of Cannes' old town while remaining close to the city's most prestigious attractions.

Please note that this accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets are not permitted. Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with a team member contacting you on your arrival day to coordinate key collection. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a secure key box will be utilized. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Bed linens, bath towels, and limited courtesy amenities (such as toilet paper and trash bags) are provided upon arrival but will not be restocked during the stay. Guests can take advantage of special promotions, including 10% off for one-week stays, 15% for two weeks, and 20% for one-month stays.
