• Pets are not allowed
• Not suitable for children or the elderly
• Zero-tolerance policy for parties; all guests must be approved at booking
• No shoes permitted in the upstairs lofts
• Music must be lowered or turned off after 12am
• No smoking in the crawl lounge due to flammable carpeting
• No rearranging of furniture; a $100 fee applies for scratched floors
