We love sharing our home and want every guest to have a comfortable and stress-free stay. To help set expectations, please review the following carefully before booking:

Check-In / Check-Out: • No early check-ins — please plan your travel accordingly. • No late check-outs — every 30 minutes past 11 AM will result in a $75 fee.

Guest Conduct & Use of Home • No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property (including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, incense, or candles). Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $350 fine. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or unapproved get-togethers. For production use, please message us. • No unapproved visitors. Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests not included in your reservation will incur a $20 per person, per day fee. • No drugs of any kind on the property. • No tampering with security equipment. This is for everyone’s safety. Tampering or disabling cameras will result in a $250 fee and immediate termination of your stay without refund. • No open flames indoors. Candles, incense, or similar items are not allowed. • Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Pets • This home is pet-friendly (dogs only). Please add the pet fee. • Excessive fur/dander requiring deep cleaning will incur a $50 fee. • No cats allowed.

Safety & Responsibility • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. • We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. • Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Property Care • If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

Fees: Lost TV remote = $25.

Stay Disclaimers & Expectations: Repairs & Maintenance • Unexpected issues (appliances, A/C, etc.) may occasionally occur. Guests agree to allow up to 24 hours for repairs.

• In most cases, we respond much faster. If a permanent fix cannot be made immediately, we will provide a temporary solution (e.g., portable A/C units).

• By booking, you agree that these solutions are reasonable and that refunds are not warranted if the issue is resolved within 24 hours or a suitable temporary option is provided.

Nature & Environment • The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. However, being in Southern California, it is possible that a small bug may enter the home despite best efforts. This is a normal part of the environment, not a cleanliness issue. • Floors are mopped frequently, but in high-traffic homes, light dust or residue on socks/feet may occur.

Neighborhood Awareness • The property is in a lively residential area that reflects the local culture and community. Please research the neighborhood before booking to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
