Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $5 Community Infrastructure Contribution is added to every reservation to support local infrastructure.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs inside (violation results in a $500 fee)
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM; no unauthorized parties or events
• Only registered guests are permitted
• Plumbing: Flush toilet paper only; wipes must go in the bin (plumber call-out fee of NZ$350 applies for violations)
• Security: The property uses a video doorbell and a Minut decibel reader for noise monitoring
• Damage Policy: A refundable $450 safety deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39–$79) is required
• Key Policy: One access fob is provided; replacements cost NZD $250
