The Gray Eagle Condo is perfectly situated in the center of all the action, offering easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the free town shuttle service. The extra-large garage ensures you'll never worry about parking, and you can drop off your skis, snowboards, hiking gear, or mountain bikes and walk directly into the condo without brushing snow off your vehicles during storm days.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not permitted. Weather-related refunds are not available, so please monitor conditions and cancel more than 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Internet and cable outages are rare but possible in this remote mountain community. The property exterior is monitored by security cameras for your safety.

For hot tub access, you must sign rental conditions provided in the welcome email to receive the unlock code. The hot tub requires approximately 4 hours to fully heat up. Please be prepared for extreme weather conditions that may occasionally affect outdoor amenities.
