This spacious entire home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a thoughtful layout across two levels. The sleeping arrangements feature 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a downstairs Master suite with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the home offers four additional bedrooms: a second Master with a king bed, a fifth bedroom with a king bed, a themed "Star Wars" room with two single beds, and a "Pink" room featuring a bunk bed. The upper level also includes three bathrooms, while a convenient half bath is located downstairs.

Designed for connection and comfort, the home provides ample seating in the living area for movie nights and relaxing conversations, kept cool by air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is a dedicated space for preparing family meals, supported by a dining table and additional outdoor dining areas. The property is equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Step outside to your own private pool and patio, where optional seasonal heat is available to ensure relaxation regardless of the weather. Beyond your front door, guests enjoy free access to the fantastic Windsor at Westside resort amenities, including a water park-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, clubhouse, and gym, all just a short walk away.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Self check-in via smart lock)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300)
• Pets: Allowed
• Security: Exterior cameras are installed for safety and privacy (none point to the pool area)
• Supplies: This is a self-catering home; initial starter supplies are provided, but not refilled during the stay
• Damage Protection: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for 1-night stays. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between the $500 deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100)
