This first-floor maisonette is designed to accommodate large groups with ease. The layout consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing a total guest capacity of 16. Sleeping arrangements are versatile: Bedroom 1 features two small singles (which can be joined as a double) and two full-size singles on a raised platform accessed by a ladder. Bedroom 2 offers three small singles, two of which can be converted into a double upon request. The spacious Bedroom 3 includes two large triple sleeper bunks (double beds on the bottom and singles above) and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. For maximum capacity, a double sofa bed and a single chair bed are available in the living room upon request.

The living area is flooded with natural light and features a luxurious leather corner sofa, a real flame fire, a large plasma TV, and an iPod dock. The modern, bright kitchen is fully equipped with oak worktops, an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a free-standing fridge/freezer supplemented by an undercounter wine cooler. A solid oak dining table comfortably seats 16 guests for shared celebrations. Additionally, a ground-floor utility room with Bosch appliances is available for laundry needs.

• House Policies: Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM. No karaoke, PA systems, or house parties. Smoking is permitted outdoors only (street access after 10:30 PM). Please use masking tape for indoor decorations and avoid using towels for makeup removal.
