For your convenience, the property features an automatic electric door handle with a code entry system, allowing for a flexible check-in process. You will also have access to the terrace, providing a wonderful spot to relax and hang out. To help you navigate the city like a local, we are the main sponsor of Antiturista, a local map and tips project; every guest receives a physical map at registration as well as a digital copy upon confirmation. Our dedicated staff is on-site from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with cleanliness and general needs, with message support available outside those hours.

Situated in the iconic Santa Teresita neighborhood—affectionately known as Santa Tere—you are in one of Guadalajara's most emblematic areas. Located north of the historic center, this neighborhood seamlessly blends tradition and modernity for a true tapatía experience. The location is exceptionally walkable, with numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants located within two blocks in every direction.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Welcome (1 small/medium pet up to 40cm at the shoulder) for a fee of $200.00 MXN per stay. Pets must be accompanied at all times.
• Parking: No on-site parking available. Street parking is possible, though professional parking lots are recommended; we are happy to provide suggestions.
• House Rules: Moderate noise levels are required after 10:00 PM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and subject to a $5,000.00 MXN fine.
• Transport: For trips to Expo, Providencia, Chapalita, Andares, or Tlaquepaque, taxis or Uber are highly recommended.
