With 2 bathrooms available, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready for a day of adventure.

While the condo remains in its original condition, it is fully functional and serves as a relaxing retreat after exploring the outdoors. Guests can enjoy a large deck with a mountain view that is twice the size of standard units, providing a perfect spot to unwind.

Located right in The Village, you can simply park your car and leave it. • Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Only one parking pass is available. Additional paid parking is located at Mammoth RV Park or across from the Village. Street parking is prohibited during winter.
• Key Policy: Key cards and parking passes must be returned upon departure. Replacement fees are $25 for keys and $100 for the parking pass.
• Important Notes: Please bring your own pool/beach towels as only indoor towels are provided. Due to the remote mountainous location, internet or cable outages may occur. No refunds are provided due to weather; cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Please be aware that extreme weather may impact the availability of the deck, patio, or hot tub.
