The second bedroom provides ample space with two queen beds, its own TV, and an ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting living space anchored by a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and a TV with a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with basic cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and glassware, featuring a breakfast bar for two and a dining table that seats six. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh alpine air and partial mountain views.

• Important Notes: Due to HOA construction, the pool and hot tubs are currently closed. Community-wide siding and window improvements are ongoing (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM), which may result in noise or debris. Internet and cell service may vary due to the mountain location.
