The open-plan living and dining area features exposed wooden beams and natural materials, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances to ensure a seamless stay.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum privacy and comfort. The villa features 6 spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and its own private en-suite bathroom. In total, the property offers 6 bathrooms, all equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. Beautifully handcrafted wooden railings lead to the upper areas, where large windows offer stunning views of the surrounding Majorcan countryside.

For active guests, the villa is close to scenic cycling routes and provides free access to a shared tennis court a 5-minute walk away (booking required). Guests may even enjoy visiting the friendly donkeys in the surrounding fields.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets, smoking inside the house, parties, and loud music are strictly prohibited. A mandatory eco-tax (tourist tax) is charged in cash upon arrival, ranging from €0.55 to €2.20 per adult per night depending on the season.
