The residence is designed for group comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total of 2 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes a unique architectural touch where the second bedroom is technically a loft, open to the living room below, while still maintaining its own bathroom for added convenience. To ensure a refreshing stay, the home is outfitted with brand new furniture throughout and a remodeled kitchen ready for your home-cooked meals.

While this property provides a private sanctuary, you will also have access to shared community perks. Highlights of the stay include:

• Garage parking to ensure your vehicle remains snow-free
• On-site pool and hot tub (please bring your own pool/beach towels)
• Proximity to Eagle Lodge for easy access to Mammoth Mountain

Located just outside the busy part of town, the condo is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood away from noisy streets. For those utilizing local transport, a free shuttle stop is conveniently located a few blocks away—approximately 0.3 miles or a 5-10 minute walk during the winter season.

To maintain the quality of the home, there is a strict no pets policy; violations may result in HOA fines of up to $1000, which will be charged to the guest. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be mindful that Mammoth Lakes is a remote mountain community where extreme weather can occasionally affect the availability of outdoor amenities like the deck, patio, or hot tub. Additionally, while rare, internet and cable outages can occur due to the remote location. We cannot offer refunds due to weather, so we recommend monitoring conditions and canceling more than 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund.
