Step into a newly renovated interior boasting a brand new kitchen and a soaring two-story family room that opens to a wrap-around deck with a swing. Guests can enjoy three cozy fireplaces, a private screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and a large television for movies and sports. Outside, the backyard offers a serene view of a deep wooded lot where deer are frequently spotted, and a large fire pit provides the ideal spot for nighttime s'mores.

Located within the Abbey Springs private association, guests have access to a plethora of community features, including indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, private beach access, and a scenic, challenging 4.5-star golf course. A seasonal golf cart is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day (drivers must be 18+ with a valid license).

• Policies: A signed electronic rental agreement and guest names are required. Bookings within 72 hours of check-in incur a $100 fee. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $75 each, subject to availability.
• Amenity Access: Daily guest passes are required for community amenities; costs are included in the reservation fees. Passes are non-transferable.
